Tomorrow, Mrs. rightviewfromtheleftcoast and I will see the movie Marley & Me based on the wonderful book by the same title.Before I give my review of the movie, Ed Morrissey gives us his review of this soon to be classic, I am certain!
I will not give the movie away but I would recommend reading Marley & Me by John Grogan before seeing the movie. It will put a lot of the movie in context.

A conservative on the Left Coast, I have friends and family in California tha are on the right, as well.
My hometown/county has become very blue, although it wasn't 20 yrs. ago, Miami-Dade County, so I know how you feel out there...
can't wait to hear your thoughts about the movie! I hope you and the Mrs. enjoy it! the book was sooo hilariously cute and funny and poignant and sad of course; definitely a godo story!!
