VINDICATION!

Ah, to be a blogger and to be ahead of the Dinosaur, Drive-By, Mainstream Media (DDBMSM). I refer you to my post on March 29, 2007, "Democrat Congress Not Doing Much Better In Public Eyes."
Well, it took a while, but according to the Associated Press, the congressional approval ratings are. . .no better than President Bush's!
If the AP actually wanted to track this trend, all they had to do was check out Real Clear Politics http://realclearpolitics.com and the approval ratings average for both President Bush and congress. They have been consistently neck-and-neck since the ascension of the Democrat control of congress in January of this year. But, because the AP seemed to get the memo now, it is news.
It is not news. The AP, like the rest of the DDBMSM have been carrying the water for the Democrat congress. But, for whatever reason, the public is not buying it and has not. Thus, when you hear and Democrat on the Iraq issue say they are just doing what the public wants, have them explain does that mean leaving the Iraq theatre in the War Against Terror without victory? How about leaving knowing that there will be a mass genocide?
Now that the DDBMSM is on to the unpopularity of the Democrat congress, will they call for them to change their minds on any issues? To compromise with President Bush? Of course not! They will find a way to blame President Bush for the unpopularity of congress.
Just the fact that a humble blogger as myself can be so far ahead on this is a sign that the DDBMSM does not have a clue and will continue to be discredited on many more issues.
